Veterans Assistance Commission of Winnebago County Partners with Seabreeze Transportation to Support Veterans’ Medical Appointments
The Veterans Assistance Commission of Winnebago County (VACWC) is proud to announce a new partnership with Seabreeze Transportation to provide dedicated medical transportation services for veterans in our community.
Through this partnership, veterans will have access to reliable transportation for their medical appointments, helping to eliminate a common barrier to timely care. Seabreeze Transportation is known for its professional service and commitment to the needs of those they serve.
To qualify for transportation services, veterans must be enrolled in Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Meridian, Molina, Humana, WellCare, or similar insurance plans.
VACWC Superintendent Jesus Pereira stated, “This partnership helps ensure that veterans receive the healthcare they’ve earned. By connecting them with dependable transportation, we’re removing obstacles and supporting better health outcomes.”
